"It was a lovely and pleasant stay in Oxford with my family. Loved the house with a nice interior design touch, also very practical. All the instructions were in place to use the kitchen appliances. Looking at the photos, I wasn't sure about the size of the property before our stay, but it was spacious enough for our family of 5. Thank you"

"The property was really good. Clean, tidy and well presented. My only issue was that the radiators were not as warm despite being on the highest setting. The bedroom especially was very cold. Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. People are so busy spmetimes one will forget to check that the deposit has been returned back"

"The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk to Trinity College, and right next to the Westgate Shopping Centre. Parking is in a secure underground lot. It’s quite expensive during the day, but very convenient. A helpful tip: from 5 pm to 6 am, parking at Westgate costs only £6. During the daytime, there's a nearby lot just a 3-minute walk away that also offers parking for £6. "Always love my stays at these apartments! Feels so homely, easy location for my work and very spacious. Spotlessly clean every time & private parking right outside."

"Was told by Expedia that I had the property to myself but when I arrived I realised I was sharing with 3 other people. Property was supposedly called ‘the cottage’ but turns out this was next door’s place. Parking was basically none existent in the end as the other people had their car(s) on the very small driveway. Only things I can say were good was that the WiFi was a decent speed considering how rural the area was, and the bed was very comfortable."
