"Checking into the hotel takes about 15 minutes while they keep typing things into the system. When we got to our room, it was garbage blowing and piled up outside. The air conditioning is quite noisy also."

"Clean room, one tv didn't work, dryer didn't work. Asked for a room on lake side and got lobby side. Way too loud at night with drunk opl yelling outside on lobby side it echos too much. Other than that it was a good place. "

"So many things to do! Great time. Kids loved it. And the pool water was WARM!!"

"Came after spring break so not to crowded. Staff very friendly and accommodating. They have 1 restaurant. The day we arrived it was closed that evening because they had a convention and it was being used for a private party. Breakfast was good there. Had dinner there one night and the fish was very dry to the point that I did not eat it. The manager offered to send another meal or something else I chose not to since my husband was done eating at this point. 2 minute walk to Sunset Walk. That was fine for an evening. Only a couple of decent restaurants there. Be sure to use Uber not a taxi when going to and from airport and places of interest your looking to go. "

"The Resort Villa is outdated could use some upgrades. The WaterPark is not included in your stay you have to pay extra. It could have been a little bit cleaner. There was plenty of activities and things to do for the kids."

"We had a fantastic stay at this property, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and one of the updated rooms on the property. Pools were clean with good loungers. Unfortunately on our last night at the property we discovered a large American cockroach about 2” long. We caught and killed it but it certainly dampened our stay.. no signs of pest issues at the property."
