「Excellent location and beautiful hotel. It was my 60th birthday and upon arrival, the person checking me in asked if there was any special that brought us to Syracuse. I said my birthday celebration. When we returned back at the hotel in the evening there was a charcuterie board, bottle of wine on ice with two wine classes. It was a wonderful surprise and delicious! Very classy Marriott. 」

「We enjoyed our two night stay in at Mirbeau in early April. The spacious room was clean and the corner fireplace made it feel luxurious and cozy at the same time. Dining on the heated patio for both dinner and breakfast did not disappoint. Overall, the hotel and spa service and facilities were excellent. We will definitely return. 」

「When I first got there the woman at the front desk was VERY rude with an attitude. It was dark all the way to finding your room. First thing I wanted was to take a nice hot shower after a day at the beach. Let it run for SEVERAL+ minutes and water was ice cold and didn’t even get warm. On our way down from the room we found a ROACH on the ground. Told the front desk lady and she was rude and acted as if she didn’t care. I will NEVER be booking there again and hope to receive my money back...
