サウスウエスト ミズーリの四つ星ホテル

「very clean comfortable beds had every thing I needed」

「The property was just OK for us. It came with no paper towels, or tissues. We came in early November with cool temperatures. I asked why the fireplace wasn’t working and they responded with it is seasonal and they don’t turn it on for another two weeks. Extremely friendly staff I just expected more from this property.」

「We've stayed there before & it was nice. But this time it was extremely dirty & run down.」

Then she proceeded to say I could have just left the keys no red to call. VERY poor on making sure staff is trained on process and any changes for in check out.」

「Nice view, older hotel but nice updates and clean」

「Great cabin for 2. GREAT location right off strip but very quiet and remote feeling. Will return」

「This is a property that wants to sell you a time share. When you check in they send you to another counter where they want to get you to tour the property. They will pay you to go to a sales presentation.😱」

Their bathroom fans echoed in our room as well. The only quiet time we experienced was from midnight to 6:45am when the...
