"Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. "The room was large, beautifully decorated, comfortable mattress and pillows and very clean. We live in Houston and stayed at the Westin for a week while having work done in our house. The hotel was great and it was so nice to be connected to the Galleria for shopping and so many restaurants. The elevator system is very good and security is excellent. Self parking in the garage is free. The gym is nice and has 4 Pelotons."
