"My wife and I were very happy here. Hotel has a amazing location in the forest closed Rodopi mountaints. Our observations about the hotel: - very friendly and professiobal staff - variet and very tasty food in restaurant ( we have a breakfast and dinner) - very nice and clean room - amazing spa We Recommend visit and stay in this hotel in all cases. "Lovely Hotel, with a great first impression. Morden looking and equipped. The Reception and Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping team, were great by always maintaining the room clean. The food was nice with great selection. I would recommend and would definitely stay there again"

"The room was the worst hotel room I’ve ever seen and certainly nowhere near 4 star. Everything is Broken and filthy with insects and bugs. Food was just as bad no variety at all, pointless going half board as we had to eat out most of the time as it was so bad. The facilities are neglected the customer care non existent and most nights there was screaming and fighting from locals at the front reception leaving clubs and bars . Incredibly unsafe for families and poor value for money. Worst experience at any hotel ever! "

"The breakfast offer at this hotel is very limited. There are only five set options available, all of which contain a large amount of bread. For guests who cannot consume gluten, this means that they cannot have a proper, satisfying breakfast. No alternative choices are provided apart from these five predefined breakfast sets. For a hotel with four stars, this is not really appropriate. Another issue was that in the room, which was supposed to be non-smoking, there were clear signs of recent smoking. On the positive side, the swimming pools by the hotel are excellent, and the pool bar is of good quality with a wide selection of cocktails"
