"A friend and I stayed for one night in a twin room. The room was clean and comfortable, but sadly the shower and bath adjuster was broken. You would try to have a shower and it would run at low pressure as it was filling the bath. It was too late to change rooms as we were going back out for the evening. "We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the Junior sweet, which is dressed like a true London style with tall ceilings, thick drapes, and a four poster bed. The hotel lobby and public areas are very clean. Front desk workers are extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk during the whole first day until we could check in, and again on the last day after we checked out so we could sightsee without our bags. Breakfast is not free (about 16pounds pp), but a very nice buffet. Only a couple minutes onto the tube, and a Starbucks right nearby. We loved it! "
