「Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed! Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked with helpful staff. Pool area were nice and the lower sundeck away from the pool was lovely with big double sunbeds and very quiet. Great location as 5 min walk from old town and shopping area with Zara etc Would definitely stay here again. Only slight disappointment was the evening meal options but didn’t affect us as we preferred to eat out but tried it once as had half board but wasn’t very good.」

「Liked: proximity and ease of getting to the beach, the food/buffet, the friendliness of staff, the gym was basic but sufficient Could be improved: Ants in room - lots of them crawling everywhere, even over phone when on it Sliding door in bathroom didn't close properly so no privacy Wifi - didnt work for us so we used our own data Shampoo/shower gel dispensers didnt actually work - the pumps seemed broken and couldnt be removed from wall so couldnt use No milk provided for tea at the self...

「Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. 」

「Nice adult only hotel within walking distance of bars and restaurants and a lovely beach. If you want a bit more choice hop on the regular bus to Puerto del Carmen. A nice surprise was a bottle of cava as it was my birthday. Would highly recommend and will certainly go back even though we live in the next island.」

「今回は5泊したが、四つ星としては少々設備的（部屋）にも雑多な感じがする。旧館だからかも・・・。アメニティーもリンスとか無い。町へは近く、バスの便利も良く、ツアー集合場所も目前にあり、行動するには便利がいい。海岸沿いにあり、海は裏に出るとすぐ。スタッフの対応は親切、朝食は質、量とも普通。」

「La chose que j'apprécie le plus dans cette hôtel , c'est qu'il chauffe leur grande piscine (26/27degrés) beaucoup d'autres hôtels même des 5 étoiles ne le font pas !!」
