「Wonderful food and staff was amazing. Always happy and eager to help. Made accommodations for food as well. Always cleaned the rooms early in the morning and had fun activities to do every day. 」

「ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。 スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。 ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。 でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。」

「We had an amazing stay at Occidental Papagayo! The resort grounds were beautifully maintained, and we really loved how everything was laid out. Although there’s a shuttle available, we only used it for check-in and check-out since everything felt conveniently close. Our premium bay room was perfect—the view was absolutely breathtaking. The entertainment in the evenings was just right for us, and we especially enjoyed the guitar and saxophone player. The premium bar offered incredible views and...

「Loved the food options. 2 different pools, one with a lot of activities and one more quiet. The staff was outstanding. Big shout out to Gina, our server in the Cafe and Alba our hostess. Drivers Heiner and Nelson made our transportation around the resort personable and enjoyable. We were treated as friends rather than guests. The head concierge Josue was attentive to our every need and the ultimate professional. 」
