「I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Parking costs £25 per day, which I found very expensive for guests staying at the hotel. The swimming pool also requires an extra charge of £5 per adult and £3 per child, which should really be included in the stay. In addition, children are only allowed to use the pool until 6 pm, which is quite restrictive for families. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The quality of the food was very poor and...

「I chose a budget room which was £144 per night. I stayed two nights over the Bank Holiday heatwave . There was a brick wall outside my window and only two of the windows would open a maximum of 3 inches. The bathroom window did not open and the fan was not working. It was wretched in the heat. You have to have the light on to see even in daylight. I was given a very basic fan . I asked to change my room the next day. It was inhumane to expect anyone to be in a room with no ventilation in that...

「Lovely stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained throughout our visit. The back lawn/outdoor area was absolutely lovely and very relaxing, with a great atmosphere. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful despite it being an extremely busy bank holiday weekend. The food was really good throughout our stay and the bar area was a great place to unwind in the evening. Would certainly return.」

「Our stay was short but very good except for when we went for dinner and breakfast, the air conditioning was on full force which made it very cold to sit and enjoy your meal. We did mention to the staff and so did many other people so hopefully they got someone in to correct the problem」
