"The only complaint was that the bathroom sink kept plugging up it would drain very slowly.i called front desk after 45 minutes no engineer and sink had drain but continue to plug as we used it i didn't report it anymore. Other than that stay was great 👍 "

"There were 3 people standing at front desk- only one with a customer. I stood in line next to be helped however not one person greeted me even after standing there over 5 minutes waiting to be checked in. The other two were busy in their computers - but not with guests, a simple hello- be right with you- would have gone a long way. The next morning the same experience- not friendly- offered one guest a treat from the counter but not me. Just odd- would prefer not to come back to this property although the property itself was lovely. "
