"Hotel very central, just off Times Square. It’s clean and we felt safe. Even though it’s so central, it’s also quiet. The rooms were cleaned every day, however we had to keep asking for the coffee to be refreshed which comes complimentary with the room. We had room service delivered a few times, always good and quick. They add a lot service charges on top mandatory and then still wanting an additional tip on top. We were celebrating a 40th Birthday during our trip, but no acknowledgement...

"Great location but definitely not ideal for light sleepers. Any noise in the hallway is quite audible in the room. Folks just closing their doors near your room is very noticeable.
