イースト サイドの四つ星ホテル

「I was very satisfied with this hotel in several ways. First of all, the facility was clean. The surrounding area was also very safe and secure. The on-site shop is open 24 hours a day, so you can conveniently get snacks and drinks at any time. The bar was also very comfortable. The only drawback is that there are not many restaurants nearby. 「Very nice! Staff are lovely!」

「Wonderful location! Whole city is connected by third floor corridor.」

「Hotel is in a perfect spot for browns stadium and rock and roll hall of fame. A long walk to Guardians stadium but not that bad. Plenty of parking very clean and friendly staff.」

「The check-in is a bit tedious but necessary. The unit was spotless and well appointed. it is very convenient to Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, and Little Italy. There is a great dive bar across the street and the Murray Hill Market is a few blocks down Murray Hill Rd. Needless to say there are a lot Italian Restaurants within a short walk. One other thing, it is a very quiet neighborhood, which I was not expecting.」

「Great location and communication.」

「Dee was great! She's a top-notch, Paris-trained chef and she made the most wonderful breakfasts for us. And on the day we left, we had to leave before breakfast was normally served, so she made us a "to-go" breakfast before we left that was delicious! Thanks so much, Dee, for your wonderful hospitality!!!」
