"This was my first stay at the AKA hotel. The room was clean, but a little small. It is downtown Boston and in a great location. I asked first thing in the morning for a late checkout. The front desk person was very quick to reply no because the hotel was busy. I then came down a little later and asked another front desk person the same question. This time Yary was very nice and extended checkout from 11am to 12:30. Yary was extremely nice and this was very helpful to me. I would have given the hotel a higher rating, but there was a big difference in how I was treated by different staff members. The question was asked within an hour to two different front desk people. I will leave with a positive impression because of Yary."
