"Unique and wonderful place. Outstanding service."

"We loved this chalet - very modern and extremely comfortable; close to bars and restaurants; easy accessibility to the mountains. It’s a superb place. Plus the property managers were so helpful and accommodating; they really made everything so easy for us. We’d stay here again without hesitation. "

"This facility is suitable for relaxing all the time with big outside bathtub and quiet room. We could stay in safe and really enjoy all of the time. Especially when we were in the 2nd floor in our room to take a outside bath, we were amazed by the beautiful sight of the stars. Although the temperature was so low, I guess it’s below zero, we were so excited to staring at the stars thanks to the hot spring. "great space for our small family, thoughtful fitout that offers everything you need for a week in the snow "

"Excellent hotel"

"Best of the Best !!!!"

"The staff are wonderful. Everyone worked so hard to make sure that our stay was great. We have a vegetarian and they went out of their way to make sure that he had special meals every time."
