"Checked in, first room no AC. Called down, waiting hours before someone came in to confirm it’s not working and we need a new room. We were told to sit tight and wait for someone to come up with new keys. No one came. Called down, finally someone came, gave us keys at the door did not ask if we needed help with luggage. Move to an upper floor went to go into our new room just to discover that it is a dirty room that has not been cleaned. Went downstairs to get it settled with a new room as we were very unhappy at this point. Checked into our newest room to find hair in our bathtub. At this point, we just decided that we were just gonna sleep and get out of this hotel and never return."

"Great hotel! Stylish, cozy, very clean. My fiance and I enjoyed the atmosphere, the heated pool and the restaurant. The location is also great!"

"The room was very clean and so was the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Access to the room was easy after a long day at the park, which was nice. The continental breakfast was an absolute rip off. Most places will allow a large variety of options to choose from included with your stay at their continental breakfast but here they provide very limited free options alongside delicious options you have to pay for. A very distasteful way to encourage kids and children to want items that to adults are obviously not free, but not to them. I get it things are going to cost a little more on vacation, but the room price, $12 bottles of water, $175 seafood buffet, and $37 breakfast??? Please we ain't at Disneyland! But I digress, very close to the park and parking was relatively easy too."

"I was there for a quick work trip. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast. The pool area was clean. The water was a little bit chilly, but it was February after all. I enjoyed the little bit of sunshine. I could get in my escape from the New England winter. The bar area downstairs was nice. All of the staff were helpful. Overall, it was a great stay. If you are not used to city noises, maybe bring a pair of earplugs if you are also a light sleeper. I was on the 9th floor, but could still hear some cars from the streets. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It is also a walkable area. I felt safe walking around. "
