"Carpark view. Can pay more for higher room with better view if you want. Friendly and Helpful staff. There’s a connection to the beach via overhead bridge only accessible by hotel guests. Breakfast nice selection. No need to go early if you want. If you have to checkout early, can request the front counter to prepare breakfast to take away. Hotel is old but is well kept. Nice place. Have to use Grab to travel around but very easy and affordable. "

No feasible solutions nor alternatives were made by the staff. Had to endure 2 nights of not able to take a hot shower and clean up in the night. The staff promised this would not happen on the 2nd night, but unfortunately the issue occurred again on 2nd night. Most terrible experience we ever had in Malaysia! Highly advised travellers to think twice and be prepared to face cold showers if you stay here."
