「It was really clean, modern and the staff were lovely. The gym is also brilliant!! 」

「Our room was clean and spacious. Good variety of breakfast items. Front desk staff was very nice but rarely available. Bathroom flooded every time we used the shower. Hair dryer stopped working the first morning and after three days we still didn't get a replacement. I think the hotel is nice and a good value, but lack of desk staff could be an issue if there was a serious problem.」

「I called the hotel because I lost my belongings at the hotel, but the person who answered the phone did not understand me and told me to email them. Again nobody answered me even though I sent email through the official site, again, nobody answered me. I had to call them through the phone again. Then they told me to contact them by SMS. The person in charge said they would contact me within the next day, but still no one has contacted me, and I have not received any response to my confirmation...

「スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで、部屋もきれいで広く、気持ち良く滞在できました。 USB電源がA型、C型２種類準備してあり、設備も非常に充実していました。 バレッタ地区から少し外れた場所ですが車の音もあまりせず良く眠れました。 朝食が別オーダーなのが不便かなと思っていましたが、20m離れたカフェで美味しいコーヒーとクロワッサンが食べられて、それはそれで楽しめました。」

「Nos alojamos en el ático. La terraza es estupenda y el jacuzzi genial. El apartamento está muy bien y la localización es muy buena para moverte por toda la isla en autobús. Es verdad que el baño olía mal y la limpieza es mejorable. Pero lo recomiendo sin duda. Hay que saber que justo delante del edificio hay un convento cuyo campanario suena todos los días a las 8:00 am y a las 18:00pm durante unos minutos.」

「Ein schönes Hotel Mitte im Zentrum. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist mit Mühe vorbereitet, aber leider nicht so gut.」

「This hotel is very central. In fact right in the middle of restaurants bars and cafes. So be prepared for late night noise but just minutes away to awesome food and drinks. As well as sites of the city. Lovely helpful staff and great breakfasts complimentary in a nearby cafe. 」

「Apartment is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the city centre and water front. Apartment is well equipped with kitchen and washing machine 」

「The location and authenticity of the accommodation is amazing. It is very close to the main sites in Valletta and in a traditional lane house. It is also great value. The one thing to be aware of is that given it is an authentic house and on a main thoroughfare, it is super noisy. If you bring some ear plugs it will be fine. The apartment itself is well equipped and all you need for a great stay in Valletta. Rooms are very spacious.」
