「The shower was filthy. There was hair everywhere. The drink machine in the lobby was broken so kids couldn’t get anything to drink during happy hour. Front desk staff member was rude to us when we told them our room key wasn’t working. She acted bothered by having to help us and demanded an ID. We couldn’t show ID because we just came back from the pool. She was rude and not someone who should be working at the front desk. 」

「The rooms are not clean they seem to be rushed. Hair on the ceiling, clogged sink, dust in. Vanity bathroom, hair on the TV, humidity in. The bathroom wall paper seems to have a bit of mold growing. Convenience for location, staff is friendly, but the rooms are not cleaned properly. 」

「The hotel was very clean but it smells old. It didn't affect my stay but it could use some updating. However, the staff was absoluting amazing and helpful. My son said it's pretty cool and we should visit again. Drury will be my first choice wherever I travel. They serve breakfast and dinner. They didn't mind me asking for extra to take for lunch the next day. The hotel is across the street from Union Station and the Aquarium. The metro is just across the parking lot of Union Station. We used it...
