Great location!

I can't say enough about the room and staff at this hotel. They were gracious and helpful, and weren't intrusive. Housekeeping was great, the building was state of the art. Even the elevator was fantastic.

The best hotel we stayed in during our trip! The hotel was newly built and modern, clean, spacious, quiet, and walking distance to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi shopping streets, lots of local restaurants and underground train stations all within 5 to 10 minutes. The laundry was easy to use with English instructions. Staff were kind and respectful. I couldnt recommend this hotel more. We stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn in Kyoto and Roppongi as well and they were slightly older but still good.

Great location, super clean and friendly staffs. Amazing!! Thank you for having us!!

Very very nice spot , room was a very decent size compared to what you get around Japan. Wonderful staff, safe and clean. Would definitely recommend. Favorite place I’ve stayed in Osaka by far.

The hotel was great and it was at a very convenient location. Train stations, shopping centers and dining.

It was a nice experience. The room was clean but a little small.

Solid hotel near the heart of most notable places in Osaka. Would return.

The hotel was great. Would recommend make an appointment here again.

This place was fantastic, definitely staying again

We like the price suitable for retired people & free breakfast because lot of the restaurant opens after 10:00AM, I will refer my friends to your hotel.👍

We stayed for 3 nights. I would rate this hotel as PERFECT. There are a few great things: - Super quiet. I am extremely sensitive to noise, so big kudos to this. - Great location. 4 min from Nagahoribashi station, and 8min from Shinsaibashi station. Walkable distance to Dontonburi and Shinsaibashi shopping area. - Friendly and multi-lingual front desk. - Clean and spacious room. It's an extremely big hotel room in Japan. I will stay here again the next time visiting osaka.

This is a great hotel for the value and I’d definitely stay here again. My room (standard) was clean and comfortable. The property itself is very nice, modern and clean. Of course the rooms are a bit small, but that is to be expected. You can store your luggage under the bed for a bit more space and there are hooks on the wall. As a solo traveller, it was totally fine. The bed was very comfortable and I loved retreating to my cozy little room at the end of each busy day. Rooms have AC, mini...

A. Nagasaki-san, the front desk officer, has been very helpful to us since arrival. She processed my request for early check-in. Surprisingly, she's also vey well-aware that I have luggages forwarded from the airport. She also helped me process forwarding our luggages to the next hotel. She made sure I know when I can expect it to arrive on my next hotel. She made things so easier for me. As a foreigner, I was apprehensive of the process since I know very little Nihonggo but she's so friendly,...

The room was clean and the staff was helpful!
