I stayed for two nights, and I appreciated that all of the towels were replaced with fresh ones after the first night. However, the carpet was very dirty, which was disappointing. Because of this, I cannot give the hotel a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the carpet significantly affected my overall impression of the stay."
