Wednesday greeted me at the desk upon arrival. Didn’t change tone or expression, not one time out of our 3 encounters throughout my stay. Location was prime for me since I was working at Valley Fair. Room had a faint smell that was unpleasant: But it’s almost like you can get past it in 3 min. Weird. Blue lights and ceiling are a nice touch and bed was comfortable.

Parking and location and everything was fine. Our beds were horribly uncomfortable. We actually had to check out a day early cause we couldn’t think about sleeping on them again. They were like sleeping on rocks

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is perfect — just less than 20 min. walk or quick drive to Valley Fair Mall and Santana Row, which made shopping and dining super convenient. The room is clean and comfortable. They have a mini fridge, microwave and smart TV. The free breakfast was a great bonus, including eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, bread, bagels, cereals, oatmeal and good coffee to start the day. Staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Overall, a great value for the area. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m visiting San Jose.

Gentleman at the front desk was very nice, as were all the virtual assistants. They were excellent accommodating me as I had to extend my stay twice. I was very comfortable staying there & felt safe.
