Love this hotel. Cassandra & Jose were very kind, courteous & helpful in every way. The lady that serves the breakfast was also very nice. I definitely will stay here again & again when I visit Filoli Gardens in Woodside. Thank you for a great stay!

Checking in was really easy even though we came in really late in the morning the room was nice and had fridge and microwave and a welcome sign on table with room service and robot to bring snacks if you wanted we did not use that as vending machine was also walking distance from room. Very nice staff and breakfast was very good at different selections for everyone. All staff was nice.

Everything was really good except I kept having trouble with my key/getting into my room. I had to get a new key at least 4 times in 2 nights. Will stay again but hopefully they will replace those old key card locks.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Everything was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Service was amazing. They have a parking garage and free breakfast that was actually pretty good. Would definitely stay here again. Only anout a 4min drive to downtown Redwood City and plenty of stores around.
