"Everything good except no air con and ventilation, only heater and a bit noisy at night with the police car around"

"The room was clean, but smaller based on western standards, but had lounge area to hang out on 2nd floor and main floor...but they provied bottles of water and fresh towels daily. Loved the vibe at the hotel...music, had DJ on certain nights, Amazing Bakery, Coffee bar, and Tappas Lounge was excellent...locals visited who did not stay at the hotel. Little further from main area of Shinjuku and train stations...so depends on your preference. "
