"The beds were comfortable, the staff were lovely, and the bathrooms and showers were clean. It's in a relatively convenient area, and was well worth the price. Would stay there again!"

"Nice hotel, felt kinda like a hostel. Only saw staff once upon checkin, everything else was through a machine. Room was tiny, but it's Japan. Luggage storage for before or after you check out. We accidently left a shopping bag behind, came back 2 hours later, it was right where we left it in the lobby. Super safe and secure hotel. "

"Pretty standard for a capsule hotel. Sauna area is good. Signs are clear for foreigners. Only downside is that the locker area is very narrow and no seat is present. Not easy to organize my belongings before shower and bed."

"Comfortable and more spacious than people realize. It was a little warm and there's not any way to adjust temperatures. Otherwise, no complaints. If I'm traveling on my own, I would definitely do it again."

"I thought it was a good value. It was small but provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The one issue is that it couodbus some detail cleaning in less used parts of the room for example the book shelf over the desk/credenza area. Bathroom, linen, bed, etc. We're all quite clean. "

"Very much a business hotel so it’s giving, shoe box in terms of space but no surprise there. Not far from Hatagaya station which can get you to either Shinjuku or Shibuya very easily. Over all a nice place but not for “ long term “ stay if you’re not solo traveling."

"Pros: About 10 min walk from Mita station, super clean, wide and comfy 1 person bed, easy self check-in. Cons: There is no lockers! You will have to constantly bring your valuables with you. The shared area is noisy (fan noise?) and has a sterile atmosphere. Not the place to meet other travelers. "

"Check-in and check-out went smoothly, although I think one of the other staffers didn't think I understood any Japanese. The capsule bed was pretty comfortable. There was a 7-11 a short walk away. The capsule had a TV that I could plug my Switch into, although it came with headphones that didn't seem to work. (...which is fine; I have some bluetooth headphones that I use to connect to my Switch.) Most of the other facilities were pretty cramped. The floor I was on had three toilets,...
