"The hotel itself was very nice. We only stayed for a night because it was close enough to epic universe. We also had to get on a cruise the next day. Hotel is clean and spacious. Loved how it had a little kitchenette to warm food. Breakfast was really good, family enjoyed. Although the staff at the breakfast place need to take it down a notch. Denying customers simple things like creamer for coffee because they were 3 mins late is very poor judgement. Yes rules are rules but it's not like people were asking for a full meal. "

"Honestly the only problem my wife and I found was that when I scanned the QR code in the elevator and pulled up the menu it said there would be omlets available for breakfast. Every morning when we went down there were no omlets so that was disappointing."

"Excellent value for money, location is perfect and there are free shuttles to and from any universal park every day that you can prebook at the hotel to secure a spot. Staff are so friendly and helpful, there is option for breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Two pools and a shop that you can get snacks and so on from. Will be coming back that’s for sure!!!"

"Great for easy access to universal studios on courtesy buses providdd. Great to have a Starbucks coffee at the hotel as well. Easy walking distance to various dining options as the food in the courtyard restaurant not that great and expensive. Pool is great and overall a great place to stay. Helpful staff and clean"
