The staff was fairly helpful, though I needed to figure a few things out myself (language barrier may have contributed, which is certainly not their fault). "Great location! They have most anything you need but may have forgotten available. They have microwaves available to heat food and even have paper plates and utensils available for the asking at the front desk. Our room was a good size. Beds were comfortable."

"remm Roppongi delivered beyond expectations. This hotel is an ultimate stay in Tokyo as it's very nice, clean, and quiet with great amenities and a wonderful staff. It's also in a great area with a lot of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. options. It's close to the subway system so you can reach anywhere very quickly and also you can walk to areas like Roppongi Hills or Omotesando in 10-20 minutes.
