"Room was spacious and clean. Dinner at the hotel was okay - wished more vegetarian options were offered. Buffet breakfast was disappointing as the buffet was a mess from previous customers - had to ask for more bowls/plates and there were no more bread, pastries, cheeses, etc and the buffet itself was dirty. And this was at the 9 am time slot and there was still 30 min for customers to come and have breakfast. Mountain view was gorgeous. Only nearby shop was a coop grocer. Hallway carpets in reception area needed vacuuming, "

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Base Camp Nevis and would definitely recommend it. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re exploring Fort William and the surrounding Highlands. It’s perfectly placed for visiting Ben Nevis and nearby attractions, while still feeling peaceful and relaxed. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a short stay, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and easygoing. One of the highlights was how convenient it was for starting our daily trips — whether heading to Glenfinnan, Skye, or just enjoying the local scenery. It made our travel plans very smooth.
