The restaurant was outstanding. The staff from front desk, restaurant staff and housekeepers were all excellent! It was so nice to have a restaurant of that calibre to be able to just go downstairs and enjoy.

Place was okay. Hardly any parking so you have to park over the road. Shower has hardly any pressure. Was nice enough but you’re paying a lot of money for what you get.

The staff were so kind and personable. They really made us feel at home. Our rooms were small but exceptionally well laid out and they provided a large area wirh ample seeting for us to gather in a lounge. The restaurant was yummy and they went out of their way to cook a breakfast exactly the way we wanted it. Everyone always had a smile.

Our first time to Ft. Williams. It was during high season with the highest hotel rates. Had we known, we would have booked a B&B away from the City Center for a better experience.

This appears to have been recently renovated, so clean and in good repair. Rooms are incredibly small. Our bathroom was up three stairs…not good for the older generation. We did not try the restaurant. Staff were fine but we had minimal interaction as we just checked in, slept, and checked out. Fine for an overnight stay…not a long one requiring wiggle room!

Fantastic experience at Nevis Bank! Our family wishes we were there for longer. The fully equipped apartment-style units went above and beyond. The staff were super kind. The place was immaculate, and they were helpful every step of the way.

Bom hotel para quem vai pernoitar em Fort William. Muito limpo, com cozinha e equipe de funcionários muito gentil. Apenas o sofá-cama era muito ruim, com colchão muito mole. Precisaria ser trocado.

We stayed two nights while hiking in the area as a family of four. Everything worked out well. Rooms are a little dated but clean and had good toiletries available. We ate dinner in the restaurant and breakfast for both mornings. Staff were friendly and food was good.
