「The concept is good, but the property is not well maintained. The room was very damp and musty. Feet were black from walking on floor. Pool did not work the entire stay. Small, flimsy curtain did not keep out light at night. Bed was comfortable and it is about 15 minutes walk (up hill) to town.」

「It was really a great stay. You could feel the history. We'll definitely be back. Food was great. Staff was pleasant and helpful.」

「I paid for a one bedroom King suite, when I showed up to the hotel, they said that it wasn’t available. And the only thing that was available was the very basic room they offered. I paid $177 a night and the room they gave me was $52 a night. I still have not received a refund for the cost difference. There was no Manager available, and was told on a Friday when I checked in, that there would be no one to help or assist me until the Manager came back on Monday.」
