The shower door kept sliding open and the paint was chipping off the ceiling in the bathroom. The A/c wouldn’t warm up even when temp raised. Wouldn’t stay here again at this price - too many other nearby options.

Best for wheelchairs

The wheelchair accessible room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was so large that my husband was able to easily move around the entire room. Also loved having a night stand on both sides of the bed.

Checked in at 2:47. Checked in and then went back to request a room not directly in front of elevator. Clerk said no other clean rooms available. 10 minutes later she was checking in several other guests. Asked again if I could move. Said she would go up and call in 10 minutes, never called back. Poor customer service.

We have stayed here several times. It's clean and a great place. This particular stay our TV remote did not work and they ran out of coins for the washer and dryer. Neither thing was remedied which is why I give 4 stars overall.
