「Very clean cottage with a great kitchen. There was an air fryer and coffee machine available. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and so were the pillows. Television and comfy sofa to chill on. Also a garden area. Not near the beach but 4 rides on the loop bus which was very frequent.」

「Birchington-on-Sea is a small seaside town with a pleasant beach at Minnis Bay overlooking the Thames Estuary and the Reculver Towers further up the coast where the bouncing bombs were tested. There are a number of buildings from the interwar period or inspired by them but the jewel in the crown is the Twentieth Century Bed and Breakfast. The owners, Kat and Spencer are true aficionados of the period and is demonstrated by their commitment to the renovation of the property and the interior...

「Perfect location , lovely garden & quiet despite being on a main road.」

「The staff was extremely helpful. Room was clean. I liked that they didn't automatically clean unless requested. Ample parking while I was there. The location right next to the train station made it so easy on arrival and departure and it was still close to lots of stuff.」
