"Ideal location staff very helpful nice stay"

"The staff was pleasant and made you feel welcome and comfortable. To reach the room on the second floor , we had to walk down a flight of stairs to access our room as a result of the hotel being old. Overall I would recommend this hotel to family and friends because of the staff and comfort of the rooms and close proximity to shops, cafes and museums."

"Offered upgrade to apartment. Nice to have extra space. Along street from hotel itself. Restaurant is run separate from hotel so must be booked separately. Staff very helpful. Particilarly Laura on reception."
