「Heat was on during our stay...could not turn it off as the thermostat didn't work. Room was much smaller than the photo's...pretty expensive for the quality of accommodation. But...location is good for shopping and dining.」

「I was very disappointed with my stay at The Shore House. The room service was poor, and the housekeeping staff was unprofessional. When I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, the maids rolled their eyes, spoke to each other in Spanish, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them instead of helping a guest. 「We stayed here for 5 days and from the time we walked in everything was great and the staff was so helpful! Especially the gentleman at the desk Moe! From getting us a rollaway bed, to giving recommendations when it rained and we had to pivot our plans. He was so personably and truly cared about us as guests!
