「A wonderful place to stay! Peaceful, spotless, and incredibly relaxing. The staff is amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The best part is that the hotel is right in front of the beach, where you can enjoy complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything you need for a perfect day by the ocean. I highly recommend Silver Surf Gulf Beach Resort. 100%! 🌴☀️」

「Company owns several properties . Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer .」

「The condo was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our first time in AMI!」

「Great location but overall experience was poor. When we arrived the sliding door to the balcony had been left open and the unit was 83 degrees F with 100% humidity. It took over 4hrs before someone came out to fix it and then took 4 more hours before the condo started to cool down. Our first day was not enjoyed. Separately, the fridge was very warm - according to instructions we were asked to wait 24hrs for the fridge to cool down. The next day it was still warm - we reached out to maintenance...

「I loved this condo. Beautiful view of the bay, and just a walk across the street to the beach. The condo had everything you needed for the stay! It even had beach chairs, a wagon and beach umbrella. I’ll will be staying here again in the future!」

「Everything just fine-the breakfast and gym are not good but access to hyatt outdoor pool a big plus. but not having access to the hyatt gym is huge drawback.. Although breakfast is not tasty and coffee better to make in your room.. the cookies at desk, you can prchase, are out of this world」

「Very much loved our stay. Could use a little cleaning but that didn’t damper our stay. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony. Truly with a great family vacation with my husband and our three teenagers. We would definitely rent again 」
