"Fairly priced, good convenient location "

"It was a great stay. Rooms were clean and linens smelled fresh. Breakfast is good. Food options are near by. Parking was limited in parking lot but was able to park down stairs with no issues. The area felt safe. "

"Better than expected! The room was clean and updated. The AC was not too loud. Once traffic died down at about 10 pm, it was quiet and we had no trouble sleeping. Parking was free and a couple good breakfast restaurants in walking distance. "

"I used to stay at the Hotel Carlton when it was a Joie de Vivre Hotel and always loved the atmosphere, the spacious layout, the convenient parking across the street, and the wonderful breakfasts at Crostini and Java a block away, (There's also a delightful queer-owned Russian restaurant next door.) The Found Hotel Carlton is just as comfortable and as reasonably priced! The new decor is a little simpler than before, but everything feels fresh and very clean.
