「Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. This manager yelled at him to go to some bathroom outside. He was painfully rude and demeaning. 「Clean room. Good Location-near Jal Mahal, rooftop bar was aesthetically pleasing. Helpful staff, just be aware that the gates close around 10 and you have to wait for the staff to open. 」

「We 3 couples from USA traveled to Jaipur for a wedding at the Hyatt Regency hotel close by and reached a day earlier to explore the city. As our Hyatt reservation was not until the next day we booked this hotel. We were not expecting a lot for the price but we were surprised by the cleanliness and great customer service.
