"Stayed one night to prepare for the islands. The location is right beside the bus station, which is convenient from getting to/from Phuket airport. Cost was 100baht for the local bus to the airport versus the 500baht some of the rip off taxi's wanted. Other than the location being prime, the AC worked well, as did the shower. The bed was clean, but stiff. The room says non-smoking, but the room reeks of cigarette smoke because the worker constantly smokes right outside our room. The worst part...

"Location was great. The price was great I came before the tourist season 300 baht it went up to 420. It was very clean. The only issues I had was that a drying rack broke. I applied very little pressure to it while drying my hands on a towel. I talked to them they offered me a new room I told them I was ok just wanted to avoid issues with poor construction (drying rack had three holes to screw in they used 2). They said they would fix Monday I left 2 days after still not done. I own a business...

"The room was very clean with decent bed linen. I had a balcony room so it was good to have a view, although I did ask for a higher floor but was told there were long term stayers there. The staff are helpful and room was cleaned well daily to a reasonable level. "
