「I could smell how clean the place was , walked on the floor in white socks and they stayed clean the lady at the front desk was so mannerly friendly and sweet . I loved that the had a laundry room I was able to use.」

「The bathroom had missing handles on the faucet. The microwave was burned out and rusty inside, could not be used. I try to use one in the breakfast bar area that one didn’t work they said the power was out. When I asked for a replacement, they decided to put me in a different room, and it wasn’t much better. The rooms were dark and dingy. The bathroom was under maintain needs remodeling. The breakfast was horrible had pancakes, old bagels, and I think yogurt was all I can recall. No meat...

「BED BUGS! I chose this hotel of the convenience for our tournament weekend, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We found bed bugs in our room after already settling in. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Yes, the hotel switched us to another room, but once you find bed bugs, the damage is done. Instead of enjoying the weekend, we spent the rest of the trip stressed about our luggage, clothes, and possibly bringing bugs home with us. Travelers coming for events...

「We booked three rooms. Upon arrival, one room was fine; the air conditioning in one room didn’t work, and the door to the third room was unlocked and open with the room smelling like marijuana. The manager was unable to move into other rooms or another best western property, so we booked rooms at the embassy suites across the parking lot and checked out. Lots of hassle and stress on college graduation weekend!」
