My husband and I were on an adventure along the countryside back to Bath and booked this little gem of a find. Whoooaa what an interesting place to get lost! loved loved loved this little bed and breakfast! There’s a restaurant, a bar, a beer garden, and honestly, we didn’t see it all. There is a whole farm and pigs and walking paths that I hope we get back to see another time. The food was well prepared, all organic and scratch made. More interestingly, they’re self reliant on their own...

It was a beautiful place! The host was very nice and friendly; she came out to help us with things we could have read in the info packet she’d emailed, but she didn’t display the least bit of annoyance. Instead, she conversed with us a bit about the property. The tents are so nice and gave little touches that take it over the top: water bottles, ear plugs, eye masks, decor, space heater, lights over the entrance (didn’t keep me awake). The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom building...

Amazing location. Very historic

I can’t give more than 5 stars, otherwise I would. What made this experience so unique was not just the peculiarity of this very old property, curated in all details, was like staying a museum, it was Caron Cooper the owner and host who welcomed us with kindness and such a positive energy. We all loved her stories, no question had a boring answer. If you are looking for one of a kind experience don’t skip this place.

The Royal George is a lovely pub and Inn. The food is fantastic and all staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. We had an upstairs room with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. Our room was very nicely appointed, spacious and quiet. Free parking was plentiful on the property (front and back lots). There is a small grocery store a ross the street. It is a beautiful area to walk around and a great base for exploring surrounding towns and attractions.

Booked this last minute - staff was very genuine and helpful. Linens smelled really good.

This is an exceptional property! I loved my stay here sooo much in the gorgeous newly remodeled loft. I am so grateful to have found this gem and connected with the owner Sarah. I will be back!

It's conveniently located with plenty of affordable dining options and markets nearby. It's a nice 30-minute stroll to the city center or to the Thames River. The 2 bedroom place itself was nicely remodeled. The city could do a better job maintaining the sidewalks.

Lovely staff, facilities and surroundings. I would definitely visit again if in the neighborhood!

It was kinda stuffy but they gave us an extra fan and were very courteous.

A comfortable and clean place to stay before an early morning flight out of Bristol Airport. Was easy walking distance to the airport, with a pub and nice green area park close to it. It was clear parking is somewhat limited, ( I didn't drive but it was something that was noted quite a bit). Check out wasn't too difficult either, and wasn't too loud from the airport, so was able to get plenty of sleep before the flight.
