「We enjoyed the pools. The rooms really needed updated. The stove and microwave were terrible in the room. We asked the staff to replace the microwave and we did receive a new one. We could not use the pots and pans that were provided. They were in poor shape. The channel selection on the television was poor. Our remote would not work properly. Benches near the playground area would have been useful. The laundromat was well kept, but the ice machine there did not work and you had to go to the...

「I had paid for the King Suite and when I arrived at check in time 4, they had given my room away and put me in another room. This room was cheaper than the suite and they didnt refund the difference- they said it was an issue with Expedia. They did give me a credit for parking. I have stayed there before and it was fine, but not this time when there was a problem.」
