「The hotel was very clean and comfortable. However, the front counter staff was not friendly or helpful when asking questions (light skinned black female and a young black male). Also, the hot tub was down during our whole stay. This was not told to us, and when we asked about the hot tub we couldn't get a clear answer. 」

「Cons: We had a partial ocean view However, it was blocked by pine trees, so you couldn't even see it. There were plenty of rooms that had an Ocean view available, but we were not offered that option. Even when though I asked about it. There was only one chair on the balcony, so both of us couldn't sit out there at the same time. Even if we had two chairs, the balcony was extremely small so we would've barely fit anyhow. Pros: clean and comfortable. Super close to the beach and stores. Check-in...
