「Nicest hotel in Rehoboth within walking distance to beach, shops, and restaurants. Best atmosphere too with outdoor courtyard to enjoy quiet breakfast daily with made to order omelettes that are delish. Breakfast included unless you get specialty coffee drinks which are extra. Didn't try spa but heard from other guests it's amazing. And if you don't feel like walking 5 blocks to beach they've got free shuttle to/from beach til 430pm. Jim the driver is friendly, knows the area and is great!...

「The amenities at the Avenue Inn & Spa were plentiful. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast, hot tub, wine & cheese, indoor pool, cookies, and sauna were a few of the amenities. However, the floors in the rooms were not as clean as I expected. The floors in the common areas were decent, and the atmosphere was cozy. 「Amazing stay, we booked the sand castle room & the room was perfect, quiet, full streaming services provided, a fire place, the bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was perfect, far from an overcrowded hotel , we practically felt like we had the place to ourselves… not a far drive from the beach town & the beach … the host were friendly and extremely accommodating.. just an overall 10/10 no notes ! perfect and will definitely be returning!」

「Close to downtown - the main section where many shops and restaurants are located (Rehoboth Ave). Very clean and staff very pleasant. Wished there was a tub, but they are rare these days. LOVED the french doors that opened to the balcony with the tall Adirondack style beach chairs.」
