"Friendly staff and a clean room. Continental breakfast was a plus, a short drive from the boardwalk and everything else we wanted to do. Pool was nice and clean as well. Would definitely stay again!"

"While typical of a beach front hotel with tile floors and Stocco walls. It was a very pleasant experience, and I have to say any other staff we dealt with were incredibly professional and courteous. The location is convenient at the end of the boardwalk and I have to say what a nice little town it is."

"Nice low key hotel My husband likes the breakfast here It’s not just continental, there’s scrambled eggs sausage waffles and all the cereal and breads The location is great so much around to do and places to eat Even though it rained a couple days a bit, we found things to do Staff was great Pool was nice too"

"Love Love Love this hotel on Beach side of Dewey. This may be the ONLY hotel in the area with 3 Full Beds in one room. Perfect for Annual Girls Trip. Been coming for 4 years and will continue to book here due to not only the excellent location but also because of the great staff they have working there specifically the Front Desk staff. Highly recommend."

"The location of the Sands is perfect because it’s right on the Boardwalk. The pool also has a boardwalk/ocean view. Staff was great. Restaurant & bar also on the Boardwalk. Hallways needed updating on some floors & better signage for multiple elevators is needed. Kathleen M."

"We stayed at La Mer in early September & had a wonderful stay. We booked a room in a non- renovated portion of the property. Our room was older but extremely clean & comfortable. We took full advantage of the amenities and really enjoyed ourselves. We went to the private beach one day & the onsite pool the next day. We ate at the Pier House & the food & service were excellent. ALL the staff were warm & welcoming & we will happily return."
