Welcome to our adorable and conveniently located Oceanblock Studio! You’ve chosen the perfect spot for your Rehoboth Beach getaway—where you can park your car and walk to everything: the beach, boardwalk, Funland, and some of the best restaurants in town.

Less than ¼ block to the sandy dunes and Rehoboth’s famous boardwalk.

Tucked just off Wilmington Avenue, our studio offers a peaceful retreat while still being at the center of all the action. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape, a fun family adventure, or a relaxing beach break, this is the perfect home base. Condo is on the second floor.

Your Cozy Beach Retreat

Designed for comfort and convenience, this charming studio makes the most of every inch. Inside, you’ll find:
A Queen-size Murphy bed with a luxurious Tempur-Pedic mattress.
A pull-out sofa with an upgraded Queen memory foam mattress.
A fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, utensils, and a small skillet for easy meals.
A 32” LCD TV but basic cable, You are on vacation, see the beach and shops!. We have internet so you can stream.
A stylish modern bathroom with a round stand-up shower and plenty of storage.

The Convenience of In-Town Parking:

One of the biggest perks of staying here? A dedicated parking spot in downtown Rehoboth! Parking can be tight, but we fit our minivan with no problem. You may need to adjust your car at times to allow others in and out, but the ability to park and walk everywhere makes it worth it!

Rental Details

Summer stays are available for Monday-Friday, Friday-Monday, or full week Friday-Friday. If you need specific dates, just click ‘Contact Host’—we’re happy to help!
Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and up to 2 children for comfort. With it being just one room, it is too tight for 4 adults.
Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 10 AM
Long-term rentals available October-May—ask for details!

What to Bring

Mandatory: Bed linens (for 2 Queen beds), bath & beach towels, soap, and paper products.
Recommended: Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, personal items, and entertainment (board games, movies, etc.).

Perfect beach block stay

We just returned from staying here - our favorite place to stay when it’s just “us”. The location can’t be beat and we walked everywhere. This was our second stay here and I hated to leave. Everything you need inside and out! You do need to bring your own sheets, towels, soap and shampoo. No big deal! Love how responsive host is to questions and the ease of check in.

Great Little Place

This property was a great little place just a stone's throw from the beach and also right next to lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect place if you are just looking to be near everything and not have to worry about driving around during your stay. Would stay here again if returning.

Great stay close to the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay in this adorable studio. They really used the space well and had lots of places for our toiletries and luggage. We also loved the tasteful, beachy decor. The location is fantastic. Our family of 4 walked to the beach, shops, and restaurants all week! We will stay here again!

Exactly as described all u need to bring is food. Kitchen is great, parking is great, didnt use car at all walked everywhere. Boardwalk and beach is rt there. Not oceanfront but has everything else u need Location Location Location!! We will be back next year for sure.

Parking is VERY tight. Nice to have a full size fridge. Unfortunately there is no place to cook, but we brought a plug in skillet which worked well. Cute place and host was easy to work with and responded quickly.

Walking distance to boardwalk and beach. Parking wasn’t as bad as I expected but I wouldn’t have been able to park without help from my daughter.

Would Not Return

We will not return for several reasons that have led us to give this property an overall rating of 3/5. Liz was good about reaching me by email. However, we never received their welcome letter that was suppose to be sent by mail. Liz ended up sending a copy in the email the night night before we left for our trip, which was fine. TV cable had a problem. We were only able to receive a limited number of stations. Liz called Comcast but the problem never was resolved. Living room sleep sofa needs to be replaced. Fabric is tired and not too clean. In addition, the living room carpet is funky and gross. Murphy bed mattress is nice but sleeps too low to the ground. Kitchen is poorly supplied and they could easily upgrade all the pots, pans, dishes and silverware cheaply at a yard sale. Bathroom is okay but the shower is small if you are a larger person. The location was great, but the parking was not too good. There are six little units in the building and only room for 5 mid-size vehicles. We have stayed in many VRBOs. It would not take a lot to update and fix most of the problems.

Birthday getaway

It was the perfect long weekend to celebrate my 6 year olds birthday. Extremly clean, perfect size, and quiet. The location was amazing. Such an easy walk to the beach, all kinds of food, shopping, and games. Parking was tight, but easy enough and well worth the location.

Great stay!

Location just half a block from the beach was amazing!!!!!! For a short stay our family of 4 enjoyed it very much! Parking was an issue- I have a large car and I simply could not get it into the only open space in the lot because of the lot configuration and had to park off site quite a ways away and leave my car there. The listing does warn the lot is tight so take note and be prepared for that! Everything else was super smooth and we'd definitely stay again!

1yr anniversary

Location is everything with this unit. Not one negative on the Location. Right in the middle of town and never needed to use the car while we were there. As for the condo, grimy, dirty feel as soon as you walk in. Door handles were dirty, kitchen doors were tacky anf grimy. Same the shower. It smelled musty and of body ordor. The mattress was hard and not very comfortable. We wiped and cleaned up to help ourself feel okay about it and made it work for the weekend. Was very disappointed for the price point.

Location location location

Clean…great location. Hated to discard sheets and towels before flights back home. But this was clearly stated, understood upfront, and more than accounted for by the location. Property manager communicated well. We parked in the allotted (included) parking spot and walked everywhere! If you’re okay with a studio and Murphy bed, then this is a great spot!
