Our room was too small for 3 people. We had no bench to put our luggage, no hooks to hang wet baths towels, could have use another garbage pail in the main room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we liked the location proximity to restaurants, beach and boardwalk.

I feel we got what we paid for with this motel. The property is well maintained and the staff friendly and helpful. The bed is big and comfortable and the AC worked. The room is small and the bathroom tiny but clean. Very family friendly so it’s a bit noisy. A quick and pleasant stroll to the beach and boardwalk!

It was an average hotel room at a good price for the festival. Within walking distance of the beach and a few good restaurants. My only complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable

We went for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it…the parking was tight, the coffee was terrible… walking distance to a lot of places, right around the corner from 711, pool was amazing. Right by the broad walk very clean, overall amazing

Spartan, clean, and friendly staff

Not the first time here and much improved from several years ago. Attending Boardwalk Rock, Madison Beach is perfectly located. 5 minute walk to the music. A clean room, and helpful staff toppedthe list of goodness.

Nice stay

The stay was convenient pay for a room to sleep in for a good price, tight parking but parking is available, staff was friendly, when we entered the room we noticed there was still some sand in the floors, showers were nice.

Pleasantly surprised

Last minute trip. We were pleasantly surprised with the condition of the hotel and rooms, considering we only paid $100 for a one night stay Memorial Day weekend. It looks like they recently had a renovation. Everything was like new condition. Rooms were very clean. We will definitely be back.
