Air conditioning worked great and the beds were comfortable. My only thought was that I received auto messages from the host and when I replied to them asking about our stay, I didn't get any messages back. 」

But we also didn’t expect to be surprised by bugs in each room — the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the closets, the kitchen. Not sure if this is a product of uncleanliness or just neglect. This property is run by a huge property management company and I doubt it gets much care or attention, and it showed.
