"Dusty room but big enough for us"

"This place looks nothing like the pictures. It was the most run down, dirty place I’ve ever stayed. Sketchy electrical, paint peeling everywhere, stains on the walls, many bugs/spiderwebs in washroom, so much mold, rodent holes… But if you’re okay with all that- the bed was comfy. "

"Couldn’t get a hold of them or communicate at all. Not sure who was worse, hotels.com or their front desk. Thanks for nothing!!! "

"Bonne localisation géographique. Cependant check in compliqué, pas de personnel à disposition, check in autonome. QR code du check in ne fonctionne pas, numéro à disposition qui met plus d’une heure à réagir et ne répond pas toujours. Personnel à fini par se déplacer et venir nous aider après 1h30 à attendre. Serrure de chambre dysfonctionnelle, encore une fois nous avons dû appeler le personnel pour qu’il se déplace après 1h30 à attendre bloqué en dehors de la chambre. Malgré tout, le...

"I am genuinely disappointed with my experience at this hostel. I booked and paid for a family room three days in advance, but when my family and I arrived, we were informed that there was no room available. We waited for 3 hours, and the staff did not provide any assistance; they simply stated that there was no room and walked away from the reception. This was incredibly frustrating, and we ultimately had to find another hotel over 40 minutes away, which completely disrupted our travel plans....

"Nice stay right outside the old city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The mattress was pretty hard to me but overall good stay. Just be mindful that the ac is only turned on from 5pm to 9am."
