He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. Recommended us to a wonderful place for dinner too which we enjoyed tremendously. The view from our room is fantastic! Thank you for everything! "

"My stay has two nights. My room has a single bed, the bed refresh me every night. The hotel has the coin laundry. There are a couple of a washing machine and a drying machine. Those are cleaned up. Every night, I could use them. At the entrance of the hotel, there is a drip coffee machine, it’s free for hotel guests. I could reach Kobe port that has many sight-seeing spots from the hotel with about 15 minutes walking. More over, the hotel is really near by Motomachi shopping street, so, I...
