「The hotel and service are excellent and the location is fabulous. A couple of suggestions to make it even better:
1. The shower in our room (804) leaks flooding the bathroom. Could this be fixed?
2. Coffee and tea facilities as well as a paper tissue box are standard amenities that were missing.
3. The hotel is by the beach, yet there is no shower or even a tap by the entrance, forcing guests to enter the lobby and their rooms covered in sand.

「I spent a week at the hotel and it was lovely. Let me start by saying that they staff there are very professional and very pleasant to interact with. The executive room was not very much to my liking, too small, and the bathroom is outdated; however, I somewhat settled because of everything else that was good. The breakfast was awesome, and I mean it. Plenty to choose from. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Ideal place to stay 」

"Rio de Janeiro Cathedral, Cacarioca Aqueduct, Selaron Steps, etc. are within a few minutes' walk. There are many restaurants. I was a little worried about the security depending on the time of day. The room was clean enough. I couldn't connect to the hotel's WiFi. So I asked the staff, but they told me to look at the note I was given at check-in."
